Home to the British Academy and located in the heart of Westminster, {10-11} Carlton House Terrace is a Grade I listed venue consisting two Georgian Townhouses which were designed by architect John Nash and features period features, grand cornice work, natural light throughout and some of the best views of the Royal Park and the Mall.

Each building has its own distinct character. Number 11 features a dramatic dual-walkways staircase, creating an immediate sense of arrival with its light, airy interiors, and refined period detailing. In contrast, Number 10 is renowned for its striking black marble staircase and bronze balustrade, an iconic architectural feature that can be recognised in numerous films and TV shows including, The Crown, Sherlock, Slow Horses, and No Time To Die.

{10-11} CHT provides a distinctive backdrop for both corporate and private occasions including conferences, seminars, lectures, weddings, brand activations, product launches, drinks receptions and award dinners. Flexible hire options range from individual rooms and floor by floor takeover through to exclusive hire of both townhouses.
