With Walpole
For the eighth year running, Walpole approached Focus to produce the annual British Luxury Awards.
With a new brand to showcase, Walpole seized the opportunity to breathe new life into the design of the event – a gala dinner at Park Lane’s iconic Dorchester Hotel.
The awards celebrate exceptional creativity and invention. We were tasked with mirroring this ethos in a complete production solution that elevated The Dorchester’s beautiful ballroom to new heights.
Ahead of the awards, guests enjoyed a champagne reception hosted by renowned English actor Natalie Dormer. The backdrop to the event was our custom-made set and stage, complete with detail lighting and neatly integrated Walpole branding.
We installed mood lighting, a branded dance floor, step & repeat wall, video screens and a VIP blue carpet entrance. We managed sound across the awards, reception and after party (including creating music stings). And it was our show caller, autocue and technical show crew comms that helped the show go off without a hitch.
