Macmillan

It was an honour to again be involved in the annual Macmillan fundraising gala dinner at the ever-prestigious V&A.

The evening boasted amazing scenery and lighting throughout one of London’s great event spaces. We brought the ‘Celestial’ theme to life with specially curated props and custom lighting projections plus stylish furniture and scenic elements.

Guests were invited into the majestic Raphael Court to enjoy a sumptuous, seasonal, locally-sourced menu by Zafferano. Throughout, large video displays guaranteed that guests missed nothing, from moving content about Macmillan’s work to host Al Murray’s hilarious compèring and live auction.

We had to work at breakneck speed to transform the drinks reception space into an after-party venue. Celestial projections were fired up, the lighting effects switched to a new colour palette and furniture, staging and dancefloor were swiftly but safely installed to give guests a completely fresh space to end the evening in style.

A spectacular event, a great cause and a true honour for us to be involved.
